I drew this caricature of John Calvin which was used as the cover illustration for THE PRESBYTERIAN HANDBOOK. I also did a few of the interior illustrations. The book was published by Geneva Press. As I remember it, the book had a satirical tongue-in-cheek tone similar to the Worst Case Scenario series which was popular at the time. The Worst Case Series was illustrated by an occasional student of mine, Brenda Brown, who recommended me for this gig.
